Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Professor (Computer Science/IT):
A strong academic background with an M.Sc./MCA/M.Tech or Ph.D. in Computer Science/Information Technology with a minimum of 55% marks in the Master’s degree (or an equivalent grade on a point scale) is required. Additionally, a minimum of three years of teaching, research, or professional experience in an academic or research role comparable to that of an Assistant Professor or Lecturer at a University, College, Accredited Research Institution, or Industry is necessary, excluding the Ph.D. duration.
Senior Research Fellow (SRF):
A qualification of M.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D. (comprising 4 years of UG + 2 years of PG) in a range of disciplines such as Food Process Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Agricultural Processing, Food and Agricultural Processing, Processing and Food Engineering, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, Food and Nutrition, Food Chemistry, Food Technology and Management, Food Process Engineering and Management, Food Plant Operations and Management, Food Safety and Quality Management, Food Supply Chain Management, Post Harvest Technology, Food Process Technology, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry is required.
Alternatively, an M.Sc. degree (consisting of 3 years of UG + 2 years of PG) in the aforementioned disciplines along with NET qualification and a minimum of 2 years of research experience is acceptable.
Furthermore, possessing a Ph.D. in any of the mentioned disciplines satisfies the qualification criteria.
Research Associate-I (RA):
A Ph.D. in disciplines like Food Science, Food & Nutrition, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Biotechnology, Nanotechnology is preferred. Alternatively, a minimum of three years of combined research, teaching, design, and development experience post M.E/M.Tech in the mentioned fields is required, with at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.A Ph.D. in disciplines like Food Science, Food & Nutrition, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Biotechnology, Nanotechnology is preferred. Alternatively, a minimum of three years of combined research, teaching, design, and development experience post M.E/M.Tech in the mentioned fields is required, with at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Project Assistant (PA):
B. Tech in Food Process Engineering/ Food Science & Technology or B.Sc., in Food Science and Nutrition/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology (or) M.Sc. in any of the above disciplines
