Qualifications required for the positions:
For JGM (Projects):
Candidates should have experience working in similar positions or as a Group ‘A’ officer holding regular posts in Pay Level 13/ Level 12 within the IRSE/IRSEE/IRSSE cadre of the Indian Railways. Alternatively, engineering officers should possess equivalent grades and have completed 9 years of Group ‘A’ service in regular posts within the aforementioned Engineering Cadre of the Central Government/State Government, Indian Railways, or similar roles in PSUs/Statutory Authorities.
For JGM (Architect):
Applicants should have experience in analogous positions or as a Group ‘A’ officer in regular posts at Level 13/ Level 12 within the IRSE cadre of the Indian Railways, specifically with an Architectural background. Alternatively, engineering officers with corresponding grades must have completed 9 years of Group ‘A’ service in regular posts within the Civil Engineering Department, possessing an Architectural or Civil background from the Central Government/State Government/Indian Railways/PSUs/Statutory Authorities.
For DGM (Projects):
Individuals should have experience in similar positions or as a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer with regular posts at Pay Level 12/ Level 11 in the Engineering Cadre of IRSE/IRSEE/IRSSE within the Indian Railways/Central Government/State Government/PSUs/Statutory Authority. Candidates should hold a degree in the specified three engineering disciplines and have at least 6 years of service in Group ‘A’ or Group ‘B’. Alternatively, possessing a diploma in the same three engineering fields requires a minimum of 15 years of experience.
For DGM (Architect):
Candidates should possess experience in analogous positions or as a Group A or Group B Gazetted officer with an Architectural or Civil background, working in regular posts at Level 12/ Level 11 within the Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Government/State Government/PSUs of Central Govt. & State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities. A degree in Architecture with 6 years of Group ‘A’ or Group ‘B’ service or a Diploma in Architecture with at least 15 years of experience is required.
